Longwall Hydraulics is the authorised Australian agent for the world leading Kamat pumps from Germany, we specialise in custom-built high-pressure pump systems to suit our wide range of customers requirements.
Our in-house pump repair and testing facility has the capability of completing full Kamat pump overhaul, repair and testing within a very short timeframe. This usually consists of full strip down, detailed condition auditing and tolerance checks, reconditioning of any worn parts, rebuild, dynamic run testing and final inspection. This can all be done within 4-5 days of receipt of the pump to assist our customers with minimal down time and delays in production.
One of the key areas to our success with Kamat pumps, is our ability to utilise our very own purpose built, in-house operational pump test facility. This live testing program ensures the pump has been overhauled correctly and completed a full dynamic test cycle prior to being dispatched to our valued customers. This ensures the product is received by our customers and can be installed with confidence.
We also have the capacity of overhauling large quantities of Kamat pumps concurrently, with multiple repair benches and staff with over 40 years of combined product knowledge and experience.
