LW Hydraulics has a qualified and experienced team of design engineers that have been designing specialised hydraulic systems for over 20 years. The team uses Solidworks as our main design software whilst also using Hydraulic flow software to customise solutions for each design. Our Original Equipment structural designs undergo Finite Element Analysis and the team also uses Reliability Centred Maintenance methodology, to work with our customers in development of suitable maintenance strategies.
The Company has been ISO9001 accredited since 1996 and have long standing partners that support our OE manufacture projects to the highest quality standards. As a part of our product delivery we also supply full documentation for all our products. These include all quality control documentation and testing data; operational and technical manuals; spare parts manuals; troubleshooting guides and documentation required for statutory safety dossiers that remains with the equipment for the life of the equipment.
The Company has invested significantly in test equipment to ensure all new and repaired equipment is tested before release to market. This includes full test run capabilities for our high pressure pump range of products. Our large pumping systems will undergo factory acceptance testing on 3,300volt to 11,000volt power depending upon customer requirements.
Our spare parts division carries a range of specialised, long lead time items and consumables to support the ongoing operation and maintenance of equipment supplied by us. Coupled with our qualified service and hydraulic repair departments, most on site equipment maintenance and repairs can be carried out with minimum or no down times.
