After 18 months of preparation and planning our new PRONTO Xi software was launched last week moving our business system to a fully integrated ERP platform complete with IBM Cognos Reporting package. Under the watchful eye of our Financial Controller, Sue Hegarty, who was Project Manager on this initiative, the system cutover went well and all systems were up and running within a day.
Pronto has been supporting Australian business for over 40 years with their software development team based in Melbourne and product support in Sydney. These were key selection criteria; we needed someone with local support that we could trust, that could respond in a timely manner, that would be around for the long term. We wanted to work with a company with values aligned to our own.
