We have been busy during the lock-down period with multiple projects running through the shop. Here's one of them (we actually built two of these units):
This High-Pressure seawater unit is built for one of our newest aquaculture customers, and heading to their open water net cleaning operation vessels.
It is a diesel driven pump unit designed to supply high pressure water to the net cleaning heads at up to 450 liters per minute at 250 bar. The unit consists of a single Kamat K25060 MC 3G triplex plunger pump driven by a Cummins QSL9 diesel engine. Dual belt driven centrifugal pumps provide seawater pick-up and boosted water to the Kamat pump. The unit is completed with stainless fittings and galvanized steel framework.
