Our Delta Xero - DX1001 filtration unit was put to work last week.
Our customer approached us with a water issue in their 1500L hydraulic oil tank. The DX1001 was installed and after running the unit for 3 days we managed to remove the water. An oil sample was sent to ALS and a Karl Fischer test was carried out. The end result - 26ppm or 39mL of water remaining in the tank. This is an excellent result and well below the reccomended water content level of 0.1%.
The Delta-Xero patented nano filtration technology removes water, siloxane, varnish, particulates and salts from hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and fuels down to 0.1 Micron particle size. Well below ISO 4406 (ASTMD975) limits.
