LW Hydraulics will kick off 2023 with 2 new apprentices joining our team. We will have two 4th year apprentices complete their training and converting to fulltime trades roles during the year and will be looking for recruitment in our design team over the next couple of months. Succession planning is a key deliverable for our business as we look to strengthen our competencies for the future.
The Company is supporting the Illawarra and South Coast Schools Workplace Learning program again in 2023 with our first student starting their work experience at the end of February.
