Hydraulic Valve Repairs

LW Hydraulics started repairing high-pressure valves for the mining industry in 1992. The company has repaired more than 250,000 valves for a wide range of customers and industries. Whilst we specialise in high-pressure applications, we cover all types of hydraulic valving.

Key accounts include South 32, Anglo American, Peabody Energy, Centennial, Glencore, Nepean Mining, Tassal, Huon, Future Generation, JJ Richards, Bluescope and GM3.

The company tests all repairs with custom built test rigs with static working pressure up to 500 bar in both workshops. We have in-house CNC machines for component manufacture and work with specialised vendors both local and overseas for our seal kits.

We have prided ourselves on providing a quality service and have maintained an effective quality accreditation to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 system since 1996.

We operate a PRONTO ERP business system with provides customers with access to real time reporting and traceability of their purchase orders and repair history. Repair reports and test certificates are available as required by our customers.
