What sets this particular unit apart is the integration of D-SMART, Dynaset’s latest Bluetooth-enabled technology that provides real-time magnet adjustments, performance monitoring, diagnostics, and data logging directly to your smartphone or tablet.
D-SMART Operation Modes
With DSMART, you can optimize your magnet generator’s performance through four operating modes:
1. Normal: This is the default mode and operates the generator in its standard way. This is how HMG Hydraulic Magnet Generator users have used the magnet so far.
2. Fast-Up: This mode allows you to speed up the magnetizing process, enabling the magnet to reach its full power faster. This translates to faster metal pick-up, ultimately increasing work efficiency. You can use this mode continuously based on your preference. So, if you prioritize speed in your work, you can choose Fast-Up mode. Conversely, you can choose Normal mode if you want more time to monitor the magnetizing process.
3. Sorting: As the name suggests, this mode is designed to help with metal sorting. In this mode, the magnetizing level can be reduced slowly, allowing for the controlled release of specific metal pieces from the magnet. For instance, to release the last collected material, you can press a button to initiate the reduction. Once the desired material drops, releasing the button ensures the remaining materials are held firmly within the magnet.
4. Eco: This mode reduces the magnet’s power, lowering energy consumption. Technically speaking, when this function is activated, the magnet first reaches its nominal power when scrap is collected. Then, it drops until it reaches 60 % of the nominal power. As a result, the generator doesn’t heat up that much, allowing more extended working periods. This is ideal for tasks that don’t require the generator’s full power, minimizing energy usage.
