DYNASET HGV POWER BOX Variable Hydraulic Generator System converts mobile machine’s engine power into high quality electricity. It is an all-in-one box modular system containing all the needed components to produce high quality electricity on the works sites or while driving. Whether towing boats on the sea, doing road maintenance works or driving refrigerated trucks, HGV POWER BOX is the complete power solution for any mobile vehicle. The complete HGV POWER BOX system includes HG Hydraulic Generator, hydraulic variable displacement pump, oil cooler and oil tank. The generator produces high quality electricity from 3,5 kVA up to 20 kVA in 50 or 60 Hz frequencies to power any electric appliance in mobile use. It comes in various box sizes that are fast to install on any vehicle.

Base machines and installation

The world's best power-to-size ratio and compact box design guarantee a fast installation on a mobile machine such as truck, van or boat. It can be located in confined space since there isn’t any space consuming fuel tank or an exhaust pipe creating air pollution and heat. The electricity is drawn from HGV with a cable to an electric central box anywhere on a mobile machine.

How does DYNASET HGV POWER BOX Variable Hydraulic Generator System work?

HGV POWER BOX system converts base machine’s engine power into electricity. The power for the system is taken from vehicle engine’s PTO. The PTO runs the hydraulic variable displacement pump that always provides correct hydraulic oil flow for the hydraulic generator. HGV POWER BOX’s hydraulic generator then turns the hydraulic oil flow into high quality electricity.

The new silent hydraulic motors integrated in the standard models of hydraulic generator

The new silent hydraulic motors, released on March 7th 2017, are integrated in the strandard models of the hydraulic generator which are included in the HGV POWER BOX. The new hydraulic motors will improve the generators in many ways.

The most noticeable change is the drastically improved sound. The sound pressure level is significantly lower. However this is not the only factor that makes the motor sound more pleasing for the ear. The improved sound structure and frequency level are even bigger factors which make the Dynaset equipment almost feel like silent. The high pitch sounds are unpleasant for the human ear and big amplitudes tend to hurt the ears. The new Dynaset silent hydraulic motors are designed to produce sound which structure and frequency are more subtle for the ears. Therefore the motors sound very quiet. The better sound characteristics drastically improve the working environment and user ergonomics.

The silent hydraulic motors are designed to be more efficient and durable. The new Dynaset motors have less mechanical friction resulting better efficiency and increasing durability.
